Frequently Asked Questions
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves open time in your therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file or at your next visit. The first appointment cancelled outside of the 24 hour time frame, or a “no-show” will be subject to 50% of the total cost of the appointment you booked. Any additional late cancellations or no-show fee’s thereafter will be charged at 100% of the total cost of the appointment booked. We do understand true emergencies happen. In case of an emergency, discretion will be used.
We direct bill for most insurance companies. With that being said sometimes your plan will require a doctors note or for you to self submit so we always suggest that you come to your appointment prepared to pay.
