What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves space in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $70.
Do you direct bill for Insurance?
YES! We direct bill for most insurance companies. With that being said sometimes your plan will require a doctors note or for you to self submit so we always suggest that you come to your appointment prepared to pay. If you are wondering if we are able to bill for your insurance company please contact us.
How do I know which therapist is best for me?
We know it can be hard to choose, head on over to our team page to read their bio's and decide who will be the best fit for you!
Gift Card Purchases
Gift Cards can be purchased in our clinic OR you can purchase one online HERE and have it sent directly to the recipient!
Where should I park?
We are located in the cozy town of Chippawa, the map below shows PAID parking in red and FREE parking in green. There is currently construction on Main St. so please leave early for your appointment to avoid cutting into your appointment time navigating parking & construction :)
