Merissa Mason, Owner & RMT

Merissa is passionate about providing personalized care that helps each client reach their unique goals. She combines thorough assessment with hands-on treatment to support injury rehabilitation, relieve chronic pain, and help reconnect the mind and body. Her genuine care for others shines through in every treatment.

Outside the clinic, Merissa enjoys spending time with her family, laughing with her daughter Kennedy (who also works at The White Birch!), being outdoors, and caring for her horses.

Kendall Darnay, RMT

Kendall earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor in 2015 before completing Massage Therapy at Mohawk College and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2018. She has also completed certifications in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and ACE Massage Cupping.

An outcome-focused therapist, Kendall is passionate about body mechanics and creates individualized, results-driven treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.

Outside the clinic, you'll find her beading or binge-watching a good Netflix series.

Nicole Bianco, RMT

Nicole tailors every treatment to her clients' individual goals, incorporating techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Functional Cupping, and Indian Head Massage. Passionate about anatomy and injury rehabilitation, she is committed to helping clients reduce pain, improve function, and feel their best through personalized care and ongoing education.

Outside the clinic, you'll likely find Nicole cracking dad jokes, watching movies, or line dancing!

Courtney Campbell, RMT

Courtney is an honours graduate of Trillium College who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment for every client. She develops personalized treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, fascial work, and joint play.

A strong advocate for mental health and overall wellness, Courtney is committed to helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and refreshed after every treatment.

Kaitlynn Snell, RMT

Kaitlynn brings a compassionate, knowledgeable approach to every treatment. An honours graduate and valedictorian of Trillium College, she provides personalized care tailored to each client's unique goals, whether that's relieving chronic tension, supporting injury recovery, or promoting deep relaxation.

Her treatment interests include TMJ dysfunction, injury rehabilitation, relaxation massage, and lymphatic drainage massage, and she is always expanding her skills through continuing education.

Outside the clinic, Kaitlynn enjoys reading, crocheting, creating art, and spending time with her beloved dog.

Kennedy Marley

Kennedy is the face behind our front desk. She is often the person on the other end of the phone when calling the clinic. Kennedy keeps the TWB social media accounts running smoothly, responds to emails, assists with insurance billing and everything in between. If you have any questions about your upcoming visit, she’s the gal to contact.

Victoria Sherriff, RMT

Victoria has been an RMT since 2014 and was the very first therapist Merissa hired when The White Birch Massage opened its doors in 2013. After spending a few years in New Brunswick, we're thrilled to have her back at our cozy clinic! With experience treating a wide variety of conditions and injuries—including time working with seniors—Victoria creates thoughtful, individualized treatment plans in a calm and compassionate environment.

Outside the clinic, you'll find her curled up with a cup of tea, a good book, and her cat, or exploring new places with her husband and two kids.

Laura Baldin, RMT

Laura began her career as an Athletic Therapist, working with local hockey and rugby teams at a variety of competitive levels before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She uses fascial release, soft tissue stretching, and movement-based techniques to help clients relieve tension, correct imbalances, and perform at their best. Need advice on athletic taping or wrapping? Laura has you covered!

Outside the clinic, you'll find her at the gym, walking her dog, catching up on reality TV, or enjoying life as a mom to her little boy.

Chelsey Dugan, RMT

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Chelsey earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2021 before completing her Massage Therapy Diploma at Trillium College in 2023.

With a lifelong passion for movement and sports, Chelsey focuses on injury rehabilitation and preventative care, tailoring each treatment to her clients' individual needs. She is committed to continuing her education and expanding her treatment techniques throughout her career.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys learning new things, staying active through sports, and spending time with friends.

Mary Coleman, RMT

A Fort Erie resident and 2023 graduate of Niagara College's Massage Therapy program, Mary is passionate about helping her community feel their best. She takes a holistic, client-centred approach, using a blend of Swedish and advanced massage techniques tailored to each individual's goals.

Mary has a special interest in improving daily function, pain management, and preventative care, and is committed to continuing her education to expand her skills.

Outside the clinic, this busy mom of two stays active with kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—or, when she gets the chance, unwinds with a great book.

Kaitlyn Sloss, RMT

Kaitlyn is passionate about helping clients recover from pain, improve mobility, and feel their best. She tailors each treatment using a combination of Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and fascial techniques to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

After completing the Occupational Therapist Assistant/Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA/PTA) program at Niagara College, Kaitlyn went on to study Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Together, these programs have given her a strong foundation in injury rehabilitation, pain management, and personalized care.
