Laura Baldin

Laura graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, specialized in Athletic Therapy. She then went on to complete the accelerated Massage Therapy program at Ontario College of Health and Technology. Laura spent the first years of her career as an Athletic Therapist for local hockey and rugby teams at a variety of competitive levels.

 

Always trying to expand her knowledge so she can best care for her patients, Laura began her studies as a Massage Therapist.  Laura uses a variety of fascial release and soft tissue stretching techniques to help her clients loosen tight muscles, correct imbalances, and perform optimally in daily activity. If you ever have any questions about athletic taping or wrapping techniques, she's your girl!

 

If she's not at the clinic, Laura is staying active at the gym, taking her dog for a walk, or catching up on reality tv.
