Born and raised in Chippawa, Kendall has a lifetime of experience in movement and recovery with a background in competitive sports such as gymnastics and pole vaulting.
Inspired by her appreciation for movement, recovery, and proper body alignment, Kendall earned her Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor in 2015. Following that Kendall went on to complete a program for Massage Therapy from Mohawk College in 2017, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2018. She went on to complete both the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certification from McMaster University and ACE Massage Cupping certification.
As an outcome-focused therapist, Kendall values the importance of critical thinking and problem solving, drawing on her extensive passion for body mechanics. Each patient treatment session is result driven and based off of the individual and their intentions for the allotted time.
When she’s not assisting her patients on the path to feeling their best, you can find Kendall beading or binging on a good Netflix series.
