Direct Billing helps you simplify claims by allowing us to submit claims on your behalf.
We currently direct bill for the following companies
* Chamber of Commerce
* First Canadian
* Great West Life
* Industrial Alliance
* Johnson Inc
* Jonston Group
* Manulife Financial
* Maximum Benefit
* Sunlife Financial
In order for us to submit claims on your behalf, you must bring your insurance card to your first appointment. If you do not have a card you must have the following; Policy Number and Member ID number. In cases where you are not the primary insured member, you will need to know first and last name of the primary member as well as their date of birth.
When we submit the claim, the system provides us with the exact amount that your benefit plan will cover for that specific. In some cases the plan may not cover the full cost or there could be a deductible owed. Please be prepared to pay the difference.
If the insurance company is unable to provide us with an immediate amount and confirmation, we request full payment for the service and we will gladly submit the claim on your behalf. The insurance company will then reimburse you directly once they have confirmed your coverage.
The White Birch does not have access to verify how much coverage you have, statements, balances, limits and policies on your benefit plan. Therefore, we recommend you contact the company directly for this information.
At this time we do not have the ability to coordinate benefit plans. We submit to one plan and you are responsible for submitting to the other.
